ii. Mose Sanville Jr., drags a piece of a dock in Mascoma Lake outside his home yesterday. Sanville says he is setting up the dock so he can leave his “party barge,” which he uses primarily for fishing, in the lake for the next several months.

iii. John Nolan skates along Lake Morey Road in Fairlee, VT. Although Nolan lives near Lake Fairlee, he prefers to skate along Lake Morey because it has a paved road. Nolan said he usually covers 24 miles, or four times around Lake Morey. “I use a hiking stick when I Rollerblade,” Nolan said. “It’s good for balance, gripping, and chasing dogs.”
